Many of you have asked where I get my beads, and my first answer is that I’ve been buying beads for years! It started with the Texas Bead Society shows - in Austin, Houston and San Antonio. I then expanded to the larger shows including Bead & Button. And, my last step was making an annual trek to the mecca of bead shopping - the annual Tucson shows. With that said, I do buy after Tucson either when I run out of something or because I am always on the lookout for the unusual and beautiful at a reasonable price.
